Fireshot is not working on my new laptop. I am trying to crop a part of the image in link below.

Hmm, it works for me. Are you using FireShot Lite, or FireShot Advanced/Pro. For the second variant, there's and option to capture a visible part to Editor, then cropping it manually. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
