FireShot ver 0.95
IE ver 9.0.8112.16421 MS Windows 7 Pro current ver. English Can Replicate the problem every time I attempt PROBLEM: I attempt to capture a screen shot and the editor does not open to allow me to edit the screen shot & save it. I have tried multiple time to uninstall FireShot 0.95 and reinstall but that doesn't help. I can open an existing .ssp or .png file with no problem. When I click any "Capture" option then "Edit", I see the screen flash (as normal) but I do not hear the camera click sound and the Editor screen does not open up. Any ideas? |

IE version 9.0.8112.16421 Windows 7 x64, English Catpure Entire page/Capture Visible > Edit does not properly open screenshot in edit mode. Hi CSleeman, I am having the same problem with Capture Entire page and Capture visible. For me, the popup for the editor did show, however nothing was properly captured. It would basically show a blank page. What worked for me was to use the Capture Browser Window and edit option. When doing this, I can see the full page in the edit window. If that does not work, try resetting your IE. Last time I installed fireshot on another machine with IE9, nothing I did would make the edit window pop-up. Once I reset IE completely, it worked. Hope that helps! |
