Bought a license via paypal, payment confirmed but didn't get the license

| Hi, I have bought a license using paypal but adfter the purchase there was an error while coming back to the fireshot page. So the payment is made but I didn't get the license. My email is ichw.com. Tell me how I send the payment confirmation email that I received from paypal | ||
