black pages after FireShot

Today i can not make any FireShot at all. All fireshots are shown as: PREVIEW NOT AVAILABLE BECAUSE THE IMAGE IS TOO BIG PDFs shown are total black! No content - no page. I tried every different setup - nothing works. The Fireshot is always black. But it doesn't matter if it's a short page or a long one. It's always the same! Besides I am asked to purchase a license also I have a lifelong license. Where is the problem? FireShot Plugin version: 1.12.18 OS Type and version: Sequoia 15.3.2 version of browser: Safari 18.3.1 Steps to reproduce the bug: every Fireshot no matter on which page or side webpage URL: every side |

The Problem is still on... no change since yesterday. Every Fireshot ends up with the notice "preview not available because the image is too big" and the saved .pdf is just black.
I am really happy for assistance. Thanks

Today finally it is working again. So - but no response from Support.
I am surprised how long it will work this time.... |

Unfortunately, this is a confirmed bug in Safari. There's nothing to do with FireShot, but a clean reboot usually solves this problem.
