I purchased FireShot pro but I am unable to install it on either Chrome or Edge. When I run the installer for Chrome, it tells me that I must first close the Chrome Browser, but the browser is not open. I have re-booted the system 3 times, but I still get the same message.
When I try to install it on Edge, it tells me that it cannot install and that I need to install it manually by following a link. I follow the link and it installs FireShot Lite, and then asks me to pay to upgrade to Pro! FireShot Pro Version 2.1.1 Running 64 bit Windows 11 Version 23H2 Microsoft Edge Version 133.0.3065.82 (Official build) (64-bit) Chrome Version 133.0.6943.142 (Official Build) (64-bit) Please Advise! |
