Unable to save a webpage as a multi page pdf

I am using Fireshot Pro for Chrome v.2.1.1 (64-bit)
I am read the previous posts for advice but not found anything that helps. I am unable to save a webpage as a multi-page pdf. Please can you advise me what to do? |
