Be able to choose which app to open a graphic in (I don't like Paint)

Hi all, Can we have the option to choose the program we want to open the screenshot in, i.e. have the paint button sort of programable 
I use Photoshop 100% of the time, this has all the settings I need including the Gif format, which i agree with Mbjr on. and it was going to be one of my asks, but was beaten to it lol! 
I'm always telling people to save in Gif when making screenshots for forum posts. No blurry text in gif format. I 'll do some asking to see if I can find a better gif source |
