using the fireshot firefox extention, the MAIL button do not work. why ?

Same thing for me with Outlook 2007/Vista. Save and edit functions work fine, but mail doesn't work, no matter whether invoked via pull-down or from the editor window and mail button.
Upon invocation of mail, I briefly see a popup saying "Please wait creating", but nothing happens. Any ideas? Any way to pinpoint the problem? Pls let me know what kind of logging info I can provide to help. Thx |
