Hello! I need help in such issue: Last year we have purchased a Fire-Shot Pro licence for our colleague. Later he has resigned, but we still need this license for the work, now performed by other colleague. Can we have this licence from Serhii Matsur transferred to other colleague and what should be done by us to fulfil it?
