Hello.

First of all, I ask for your understanding because there are some awkward parts in the sentence using a translator.

I paid for the pro version of the program today, but I bought it twice due to my mistake.

I paid by credit card.

I didn't receive the confirmation mail of the first payment and the serial number mail of the program.

The reason is that there was no empty space in my mailbox at that time.

I tried to find a way to organize my mailbox, get a payment confirmation mail for the first payment, and get a program serial number mail, but I couldn't find it.

So I had to pay again, because I couldn't.

If possible, I would like to get a refund for the program I paid for the first time.
