I have Pro version but doesn't give captive slection option

Question

I have the Firseshot PRo with license key that is entered. About half the time the option to capture section isn't highlighted and available to select. what do I need to do to get something I paid for to work??????

please take into account that your requests are likely to be ignored if you don't include the following info about your problem: Plugin version (i.e. FireShot 0.98.15) OS type and version (i.e. MS Windows XP Professional SP2, English) Version of browser (i.e. Firefox/30.0) Steps to reproduce the bug (i.e. Start browser, open FireShot editor, create a shape and try to save - you'll get an access violation xxxxxx) Webpage URL causing this problem

I have same issue, says it is making PDF but never downloads, so I print to PDF but no text selection. Hello, do you see any errors in the Error console? (Cmd + Option + K).
