License key not delivered to me

I paid for Fireshot Pro and received a confirming email. My credit card was charged. I still have not received the license key. Please send or refund my money.

Hello, I found only one order assigned to finefrockinvadv@mindsprig.com, completed today, and I resent the license info to this email. I paid two versions of for FireShot Pro for two different computers and received confirming emails. My credit card was charged each time . I still have not received the license key. Please send 2 or 3 license keys for the two or 3 Licenses I have all to finefrockinvadv@mindsprig.com (other license may have been sent to (jlfinefrockascllc@mindspring.com now is full of messages ), but use the other most useful address. Thank you. We have no orders assigned to jlfinefrockascllc@mindspring.com, do you have any other emails which I should check?
