Transfer to new computer - Chrome will not accept key

Question

I moved to a new computer and removed the license from my old one. Chrome will not accept my key when trying to license it but FireFox will. This is the error I am receiving.

"The license information for this application is missing or invalid. You must enter a valid license key to use this program"

As I said above, I was able to get the license accepted and able to use FireShot on FireFox. I need it for both plz.

Hello. According to my expertise, this problem can be solved by following the steps: 1. Close all browsers. 2. Remove the folder %appdata%\FireShot\settings. 3. Restart browser and re-enter the key.
