| My pro features keep disappearing and I have to reactivate them by going to advanced features which triggers a download - time consuming and breaks my workflow. I eould like to continue using and recommending the product and avoid this functionality breakdown. I am a chrome user. Do you have any tips? Thanks! | ||

Hello,
According to my experience, this is happening when the files either are being removed from the disk or from registry upon exit. Do you have any software that can do this (restore registry settings, alter the path %appdata%\FireShot) ? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

No known applications that are writing over the Fireshot registry or altering the appdata. What should I be looking for?
This issue happens during the same session - within minutes of swithing to Pro it will switch back to Demo and force me to go through the same workaround. Thanks for your time to respond! Plugin version: FireShot for Chrome 0.99.15 OS type and version: Windows10 64 Professional Version of browser: Version 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) Steps to reproduce the bug: Almost every screen shot capture requires me to click Advance Functions to "Successfully Switch to FireShot Pro" I want to use my Pro version every time. Webpage URL causing this problem: All webpages - including this one [just tested]. |

Possibly the native host is crashing or being terminated. Next time can this happens, can you please go to the Extensions in Chrome, locate FireShot and turn it OFF and then ON.
