How do I make default save as JPG after recent update?

Hi
Since the recent update, my saved shots in Chrome are automatically png files. Before I had them set to be jpg. I can't find anywhere to change this. I want them so they default to be saved as jpg, and I don;t have to change the file type every time.

However, they are jpg when using the same process in Firefox!

So, how can I set my saves 'capture selection/element and edit' to automatically be jpg when using cntrl + S type save, in Chrome.
