About FireShot support

Question

We are considering to use your service 'FireShot' within the company. As our security department concern, I would like to ask you whether you have any support like fixing support and so on or not when we have a ploblem.

Hello. The basic version comes with a 1-year priority email support. When there's a problem caused by some bug in FireShot, we fix it and release an update to all our users.

I think I was not clear enough about the 1-year support. This support covers extra cases like broken functionality, assistance during installation, etc. For the extension updates we do not have such a limitation, so you'll get new updates as soon as they are available on Store.

In other words, we have a lot of customers that bought FireShot in 2008, and they are still getting any updates for free.

Thank you for your quick reply. What if you use the Chrome extension? I would like to ask you whether you have any support like update or somthing or not when we have a ploblem on security vulnerability.
