| Hello, am interested in purchasing but I'm finding an issue with IE 11 - using win 7 / 64 bit. fireshot installs in chrome, Firefox perfectly - yet in explorer no matter how many times I check the fireshot add on it needs to be redone every time i open a new window. even if i lock tool bars it still has to be right clicked to show on tool bar again. its the latest version of the download available. | ||

ok tried that, screenshot attached.
1. that's how it opens all the time 2. right click to choose then lock toolbar 3. that's were it lands 4. internet explorer version looks ok now to use and you can. next time you open a window though you need to go through the whole process again.

Thank you, that's very informative. Just a quick question: does it happen to all 3-rd party toolbars installed in IE? | Try this with Compatibility View settings on IE and add the sites. See if it makes a difference for you. | ||
