How do I get Fireshot working again after it crashed from running out of memory?

Plugin version: Fireshot v.0.98.56 evaluation version
OS type and version Windows 8.1 Version of Firefox: Firefox 30.0 Have tried to reinstall fireshot several times with no luck. If I can get the trial version of Fireshot to wook again I'm not sure I want to buy the full version as there is no guarantee that will work either. |

When I try to save it as a PDF it says "Please Wait: wait: creating". It never gets past that screen and does not create the file.
Steps to remedy have been to uninstall and reinstall the software several times, reset the browser to factory defaults, restart the brower, use another browser, reboot the machine. Fireshot used to work for me but after I got an error that said not enough memory, can't save, file may be corrupted Fireshot never worked for me again. |

| Can you trying rolling back to FF 28 perhaps? Looks like FF newest version might not be compatible with it "yet". | ||
