Hello,
I have been using Lifetime licenced Fireshot Pro via the extension to Safari on my Mac since August 2024. Every so often, I get a small (or large) grey but empty dialog box which drops down from the Fireshot 'S' button in the tool bar - but no page capture. This causes me to open Safari Settings and uninstall then reinstall the plug-in, and then to reload the web page I wished to capture. (Is this what I should do?) I usually save to PDF. As of today (27-Mar-2025), I now get the grey box, but reinstalling does nothing. It will no longer open a new page copy to then enable me to select to save as PDF. Also - this no longer appears as an option in the Settings for the plugin..? Only JPG and PNG. Can you please tell me what has happened, and what I should do to fix? Plug-in version is 1.12.18 (2025) My key is 6BUS-5UEC-82RY-L67K-ASQQ-CMT7 - although trying to download from my original link tells me it is now an .EXE file and not for OSX! But there seems no need to re-download, as I still have the original app installed. OS: macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 Browser version: Safari Version 17.3.1 (19617.2.4.11.12) Steps to reproduce - Attempt to click on the Fireshot 'S' logo in the Safari tool bar - but then nothing happens Webpage URL - I have tried several, and they all fail.
