URL and page name pop up covering upper left corner

Question

I took two screen captures, but the URL and the title of the page are covering up the logo in the upper left-hand corner of the captured page. I need to remove these elements or prevent them from appearing in the future.

Why are these items showing up? How can I prevent this?
