Capture specific element not working

Fireshot Pro Chrome v.2.1.1.0
Chrome browser and microsoft Edge browser Hello, I am trying to capture a text conversation from a textfree. I use the capture element, hold control and click on the conversation i want. When it captures it, the first half of the conversation is missing. The rest of the capture is there and i can see the rest of the element it was capturing, but just not the initial few lines of the conversation. Anything i should try to fix it? |
