Hi,
Really neat program, best i have seen so far (especially the annotation stuff), unfortunately it totally messed up my IE & Windows Explorer settings, and i cant find a way to undo the "install ie version". In IE (actually i use IE8 with IE7 emulation), it messed up how the pages are displayed, for example google maps, all the map controls where arbitrarily scattered around the page. And in windows explorer it seems like it reset all the toolbar options, and my toolbar program QTTabBar got lost & all it's settings messed up. help....! - Robert |

Hello, thanks.
The problem is not in my addon. This is due to buggy toolbar manager. If you installed the addon via Firefox, please download a new setup from https://screenshot-program.com/dloads/fireshot_ie_install.zip Then install and uninstall it as ordinary software. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

The same things has happened to me...I have screenshot on firefox which I love...Then I got a pop-up window in firefox asking me if I wanted screenshots for IE...I said yes...& Boom...It wiped out my toolbars...Google, yahoo, stumbleupon, etc...what the Heck is going on with Screenshots to even allow such a thing to happen?
I tried the download like the above said...It don't work & I can't find through search or files where this creature is hiding to get rid of it.. This is a real pain.... Robert |

Since no one is here helping fix these problems...I had to find the fix for myself...Since I downloaded the toolbar from firefox to start the problem , I downloaded the fireshot IE download again from firefox & saved it to my desktop...Installed it and then removed it which it did but the IE toolbar was still all screwed up and wouldn't show google, yahoo, etc toolbars...So I had to do a System Restore
to get my IE toolbars back to normal... |

Normally, playing with View->Toolbars should work fine. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

All I want to do is uninstall your app.
FireShot screwed up my FireFox so that now when I go to my blogs some of the pictures don't render. It only happens on the computer in which I installed FireShot and frankly it isn't worth the hassle. So how do I uninstall it? I've searched everywhere I can think of and I can't even find where you installed it. No piece of software should be hard to uninstall. |
