I have already sent 2 messages with no response
jean-luc.marouby@wanadoo.fr Good morning I downloaded FireShot from Apple Store. Very satisfied with this software I decided to buy FireShot Pro from FireShot menu. Everything went well. The license in FireShot clearly indicates that the product is registered for Jean-Luc Marouby But I did not receive the software key necessary to access, among other things, the Premium section of the forum support. Can you send it to me Greetings |

Hello and thank you for letting us know about this problem. I checked last orders and found the cause of this issue - the email was incorrectly entered (jean-lic.marouby@wanadoo.fr). | I'm disconnected and can't find my license key. Can you email it to me? CORRECTION. I Just paid again. I have no idea if my license before wasn't lifetime, but if it was can you reimburse me? I don't have time to wait for an answer because I use this tool daily for client interactions. Thank you. | ||
