Screen capture chrome extension not compatible with CQ5 system

I am using a CMS called CQ5 and trying to take screenshots of a preview page. I used to use Fireshot before, but CQ5 went through an update and some of Fireshot functionality seems to be blocked now. I am unable to screenshot an entire page, only the visible area.
Any suggestions on how to proceed? CQ5 team says they do not give help for plugins. |

Dear JK,
The errors are happening whenever I am logged into CQ5. Do you have CQ5 login details? Otherwise I don't suppose any of the links I provide will really be of use. Is this a problem Fireshot can fix? |

| Dear JK, since the site has unpublished content I'm afraid I'm not authorized to do that. Are there any fireshot updates that could get around the frame/div change? Or, is this simply a CQ5 build issue? | ||
