MS Windows 7 64-bit Firefox 59.0.3 The capture seems to work, and it goes to the 'Save Screenshot' page, but the 'Save as image' and 'Save to PDF' buttons do nothing. This only seems to be the case with certain webpages. Unfortunately the pages are password-protected, so you won't be able to access them - but do you have any suggestions as to what might be going wrong? |

When I load the page I'm trying to capture, I get this in the console:
Invalid URI. Load of media resource failed. overview.html Invalid URI. Load of media resource failed. overview.html All candidate resources failed to load. Media load paused. overview.html Loaded JS clientlibs.js:7248:21 On the 'Save Screenshot' tab, there's nothing in the console. |

Are you sure there's nothing even if you click buttons? Are you using some script blockers maybe? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

I've disabled my script blocker, and tried it in Firefox and Chrome. Furthermore, most pages work fine - it's just that for a few pages, the capture works (whether it's the whole page, just the visible part, or a selection), and the 'Learn how...'/'Print"/"Try it free"/"Buy Pro" buttons all work, but the "Save as image"/"Save to PDF" buttons don't do anything.
I can save the image by right-clicking on it, or copy it to my clipboard, but I can't save it to PDF, which is what I'd really like to be able to do. |

I have the same issue, those buttons do nothing, and it doesn't matter what page. They don't work on any page.
I have to email them to myself. Is this being addressed or should I just remove it? |

Dear friends, can I have a TeamViewer session with one of you having this problem? I have to ask for this, because I want to help you, but I cannot re-create this problem.

I think this might be related to filenames. I ran into this issue today on a specific URL:
https://aimlesslygoingforward.com/blog/2021/11/07/dose-response-coming-to-steam/ I had previously changed my default filename template setting to the following: %y-%m-%d - %e - %t If I remove the %t part before taking a screenshot, I am able to use the "Save as Image" function on that page, but the %t part is present before taking a screenshot, then clicking the save buttons does nothing. (For testing, please note that you need to change that setting before taking a screenshot, changing it has no effect on previously taken screenshots.) I suspect there might be something in the title of that page that is causing problems. Fireshot 1.12.18 MS Windows 10 64-bit Firefox 132.0.2 |

Thank you for sharing your opinion. I'm agree - some symbols in the page title cannot be used for filenames. This needs additional research before we provide an update to this issue. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
