Request for refund on duplicate purchase

Dear FireShot Support,

I sent a detailed refund request on March 2, 2026, regarding the duplicate FireShot Pro purchase made with bruleklau@gmail.com (the intended one is brulek@188.com).

I haven't received any response yet. Could you please confirm receipt and provide an update on the status?

Purchase details:
- Duplicate email: bruleklau@gmail.com
- Preferred license: brulek@188.com
