Hello. We have 10 license keys, that have been used in the past. Now we want to use the product again and add additional keys, but we want to reuse our keys that were purchased before.
I've tried activating the product with some of the keys, but it fails. Maybe the username is wrong. Or keys weren't deactivated properly(workstation redeploy). Is it possible to reset the keys that we have, so we can be able to use them. |
