I purchased a lifetime license today after using and liking Fireshot many years. I cannot install the product. I removed the old extension. Downloaded the product providing the key you sent as a result of my purchasing the product. I download the installation and select that I want to add it to my Firefox browser. There is an active process that I see running. However when I go to Firefox I do not see a Fireshot Extension.
Please help and old user who loved your product and purchased a lifetime license and see no way to install it as an extension to my browser. Thank you, Leslie Danis |
