I really wanted screenshot studio and not Fireshot. I chaged my original order to reflect that - so, yes, I'm a paid customer.
Screenshot studio is not working well with the latest editions of Windows 10 - and it hasn't for many months. I have to start windows (now I need a screenshot). I have to uninstall Screenshot Studio completely. Now, reinstall. It will run. Yay. I tell screenshot to always load on startup - and give me a desktop icon / pull down. Screenshot is working fine. Now I shutdown. And I boot up. Screenshot will never load again - not even manually. I have to uninstall. Skip up two paragraphs. This seriously needs a fix. Please guys. Drew. |
