Numerous reversions from Pro to trial version

Background: Fireshot V 0.69 purchased 6/15/08 for Firefox 3.07. Running MS XP Pro 2002 SP3 English.
The problem is that for no particular reason Pro reverts to trial. Things such as crashs, BSODs program changes etc. have no affect on the program, but for whatever reason it reverts as frequently as 4 days, requiring me to reinstall the license number. It has reverted to trial at least 30 times so far and that is in just over 7 months. I have to keep the license by my computer as it saves time when I have to upgrade again. By the way, having the price more than DOUBLE in 7 months is very uncool. If I am required to renew after a year, NO WAY! No matter how good it is, not double and more in 1 year. |
