Not working after re-logging in windows 7

Fireshot works properly right after the install but stops working like this after logging in from the power saving mode i'm using windows 7 |

updated to the newest firefox still same problem
this happens when i click "Switch User" and logging in there is no such problem with internet explorer only with firefox |
