Not Capturing Visible Area or Entire Page

Using Fireshot Pro v98_26
Windows 8 IE 10.0.9200 Capture Visible Area and Capture Entire page does not work on any page. All I get is either a blank page or a blank page with the box at the bottom asking if I want IE to remember a password or show insecure content. Capture Browser window works fine. |
