I'm having trouble logging in. I've tried entering every version of my standard User and Password but it isn't working. This is not a bug. This is my own stupidity. I thought my login was saved on Roboform. I've tried requesting a new password ["Lost password"] but I can't get the right combination for the Username.
1. Please remind me as to the proper format for the "User" field. Is this an email address or my name or what? 2. Is there a way to recover my Username? I do have my license key if there is a way to recover based on that key. |
