Hello,
I just bought a Fireshot Pro license, and I received the payment invoice in my mailbox. But this one doesn't work on CHROME's Fireshot application : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/take-webpage-screenshots/mcbpblocgmgfnpjjppndjkmgjaogfceg When I upgrade to the Pro version of the application, the message displayed : The license information for this application is missing or invalid. You must enter a valid license key to use this program. Even still when I try to download the application on this page : https://getfireshot.com/download.php I compose the license obtained, but always a license invalidation message : Unfortunately, we could not find the order you specified. Please try another one. How do I activate it? Thanks for helps ! |
