Screenshot chrome extension window does not open after capture

Question

So upon capturing the screenshot I see the extension icon appear in my taskbar but the chrome window does not open. What do I do? I am using the latest update from windows 10.

Hello. I thought I answered this thread - my apologies. Usually this happens when users use more than one monitor, then switch to one monitor, and the windows are retained outside of the display area.

I can provide support to you in TeamViewer, I'm sure we'll be able to sort this problem out quickly - please let me know, what time is suitable for the short debug session.

Sure, no problem. Please make sure you closed all browsers (to stop FireShot), then locate the folder %appdata%\FireShot\settings and remove/rename it. Then you can your browser and try running FireShot.

Please help I need to use this app urgently. I am also a paying customer of the app. I have even tried to delete the extension and re install it. The problem does not go away.
