Just Purchased and not registering and not working

I just purchased the lifetime license specifically because I wanted to capture frames. Now when I go to the page I want to capture not only is FireShot not registerred, but my browser keeps changing the page. This didn't happen before I purchased the full version.
When I purchased (through paypal) it said it was checking my browser and inserting the license key. I tried restarting Firefox - no help. Note that his shows that my Fireshot is unregistered no matter which page I go to. plugin version: FireShot for FireFox v.0.98.98 OS: Windows 10 Enterprise v 1909 FireFox: 82.0.2 (64 bit) Steps to reproduce: start browser and click on Fireshot - still unregistered, go to itsupport.einsteinmed.org and login click servicedesk for a listing of tickets in iframe, jumps back to initial page | Figured out part of it - the refresh was due to another add-in which auto refreshes tabs (Tab Reloader). But the licensing and inability to capture iframes is still a problem. | ||
