| I found out that Fireshot didn't remember me the next time I logged into my browser. Nor did I record the license to bail me out in case something like this ever happened. Hence I have paid for pro 3 times. What can I do to obtain a license I will save to use over and over?And to obtain a refund for the extra licenses I paid for? You might have already already answered my question before. Because I didn't have my license to enter and see the answer. | ||

Hello. When you pay, you get an email with the license key and activation link. There's no need to buy again, since the license terms are for the lifetime. When asked, you just provide your key to the program, and you're done.
Of course, having to enter the key each time you run the browser is not how it's intended to work - there are couple of reasons for this problem - we can solve it later. I guess I didn't understand that I had emails. The key was there and then it wasn't. I didn't think to look for emails. I thought Fireshot install didn't work.
When I checked the credit card I didn't find where I had been charged so assumed the install didn't work. I recently learned that I was looking at the wrong card. I had used a different card now than I had been using before. I just checked again. I can only find where I paid 2 times not 3 on Jan 25, 2020 and Feb 13, 2020. Can I get a refund on one of my payments? Then can I pick a key to use and delete the three others? |
