How do I NOT capture the menu bar in middle of website screenshot?

How do I NOT capture the menu bar in middle of screenshot? It looks like it's adding it where you would scroll down, but my page doesn't actually look like that. Is there an option to NOT capture that?

| I can use firefox, too. How do I get the advanced features? When I click "try advanced features" a window opens and flashes something real quick and then goes blank. Nothing is there. | ||
