Hi,
I am experiencing an issue where FireShot is no longer able to capture the full webpage. The extension begins auto-scrolling but stops prematurely and only captures a partial portion of the page. This issue started suddenly and was occurring on the same webpage that had successfully captured just moments before, without any changes on my end. Plugin version: FireShot Pro 2.1.4.7 OS: macOS Sonoma Browser (Chrome): Version 147.0.7727.138 (Official Build) (arm64) Browser (Safari): Safari 26 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a webpage (issue occurs on multiple sites). 2. Click FireShot → “Capture entire page.” 3. Auto-scroll begins. 4. Scrolling stops before reaching the bottom. 5. Only part of the page is captured. Additional notes: - The issue occurs in both Chrome and Safari. - Both browsers are up to date. - This suggests the issue is not browser-specific. - Print/PDF capture also fails to capture the full page on affected sites. - It appears that the auto-scroll process is interrupted or not detecting the full scrollable area. Additionally, I have an active annual FireShot Pro subscription, but I never received a license number after purchase. Although my subscription shows as active and browsers are listed as activated, the editable Pro version/features were never properly installed or activated. I do not have access to the Pro editing features I paid for. Please: 1. Advise if the full-page capture issue is a known bug or provide a fix/workaround. 2. Confirm my license/activation status. 3. Provide instructions to properly activate the FireShot Pro version and enable editing features. Thank you. |
