USED TO HAVE FREE VERSION OF FIRESHOT SCREEN CAPTURE VERSION. UNINSTALLED IT SEVERAL MONTHS AGO, SO I DO NOT KNOW WHAT EXACT VERSION IT WAS. TODAY I DOWNLOADED THE SO-CALLED FREE VERSION AGAIN, BUT IT WILL NOT SCREEN-CAPTURE, LET ALONE EDIT OR ANYTHING ELSE. 
I AM USING FIREFOX VERSION 14.0.1 MS WINDOWS XP, ENGLISH THE ADD-ON I DOWNLOADED WAS: FireShot - Webpage Screenshots: Capture + Annotate 0.98.12 by susbox I LOVED THE PREVIOUS VERSION I HAD BEEN USING.  BUT IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED QUICKLY, I WILL HAVE TO USE ANOTHER SCREENSHOT PROGRAM.
