Fireshot Pro user- I have been uninstalled on Chrome

 I'm totally confused! Also, I don't have the version I was sold except that it is called Fireshot for Firefox, Seamonkey and Thunderbird. My OS is XP Version of Firefox is the latest.
I purchased the upgrade to Fireshot Pro in May 2012 and was expecting a download for Firefox and IE. After dowloading I only got FireShot on . I'd been using it successfully and fairly frequently up until a few days ago when I switched to Chrome as my default browser. Now I don't see my Fireshot icon to use for my web captures. Question: Exactly what am I entitled to with the Pro version? Can I get Fireshot on Chrome and IE with this same license? Please respond as I have been disabled from using the extension completely on any browser! |
