OS: Windows 11 Enterprise (25H2) Browser: Chrome Version 152.0.7977.83 (Official Build) (64-bit) Example webpage: https://www.google.com/ Steps to reproduce: 1) Click Fireshot extension icon in Chrome and select "Capture selection + Edit" 2) A Fireshot icon appears on the taskbar but it's unresponsive to clicks 3) Pressing Alt + Tab shows "Fireshot Pro" as one of the running applications but the screen is blank 4) Right clicking the Fireshot icon on the taskbar and selecting "Fireshot Native API Host" yields a screen that reads, "Do you want this app to make changes to your device? Fireshot Native API Host - Verified Publisher TruePage Solutions LTDA..." 5) If I click "Yes", nothing appears to happen. The Fireshot icon remains on the taskbar and repeating steps 2 through 5 yield the exact same thing 6) I've checked the Event Viewer and the only error that may be relevant is a Windows System Error that reads, "A new BITS job could not be created. The current job count for the user DESKTOP-1R7PB3M\[user redacted] (60) is equal to or greater than the job limit (60) specified through group policy." |
