Problem saving a long scrolling side window in Shopify on Chrome and Firefox

Question

FireShot Pro for Chrome v2.1.4.18 (64-bit)
Windows 10 PC 64-bit, latest updates.
Webpage is through Shopify Admin so I can't easily share it.
Chrome. Version 152.0.7977.76 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I’m having two related capture problems, primarily in Shopify Admin.

1. FireShot Pro will not capture the full contents of long internally scrolling side panels/dialog boxes.

For example, Shopify Admin often displays settings in a side panel that has its own scrollbar. The browser page itself may remain fixed while the panel contains content extending far below the visible portion of the screen.

When I use FireShot’s element/selection capture, it captures only the currently visible portion of that scrolling panel rather than scrolling through and capturing the entire element.

I have tried Ctrl+click and selecting/dragging the element, but FireShot still only captures what is currently visible.

Is there a specific procedure for capturing the complete contents of an internally scrolling DIV/panel, rather than only its visible viewport?

2. On some long Shopify Admin pages, using Capture Entire Page causes FireShot to hang indefinitely.

It begins the capture but never completes. This does not happen on every page, but I have encountered it repeatedly in Shopify Admin.

Are these known issues with modern web applications that use internal scrolling containers? If useful, I can provide screenshots, example Shopify Admin pages, or additional diagnostic information.
