Hello. I've been looking for a program like fireshot for some time! I love it.. only thing I'm having problems with is the image quality seems low when I capture and paste into an email. its fuzzy and blurred in some spots. doesn't look as good as the original web page. can I control the captured image output quality? thanks! Hello, thanks,
currently you can send attachments as PNG files, just go to the editor options -> General Settings -> Create Email attachments as... In the next release you'll be able to set up JPEG compression quality. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

sorry. I just found the JPEG quality settings for the Saving the image however, I'm looking to improve the quality of the image when you "Copy to Clipboard". Hoping to save a step and not have to open the image after saving to jpeg file. |

Ah, copying the image into clipboard is loseless. However, some programs reduce quality upon pasting from clipboard. What program are you pasting into? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

I'm pasting into Adobe Framemaker for pdf\html document generation. When I do a regular printscreen, I get perfect results but I don't want the browser. I really appreciate the clean capture of the html page without browser. Am I missing something? |

HA years and years of the same complaint of poor image quality and it seems anyone that has a problem, gets the run around without any solution. I wish I never bought this program. its been nearly 1 year since I posted the problem with every single computer every single version and this so called developer loves to dance around the issue. |
