Fireshot Crashed and Won't Work After Reinstall

I have been using the Fireshot plugin for Firefox and Chrome for several years. Not long ago, Fireshot crashed Chrome every time I tried to use it. So, I disabled the plugin and re-enabled. After that, Fireshot tells me my "Trial" has expired every time I try to capture and save or edit. I must "upgrade" or "revert" to Fireshot Lite. If I "revert" I only get "Options" in the menu. If I uninstall the plugin and re-install, I get the same "Upgrade" message every time I try to use it.
How can I fix this? |

The Upgrade message provides an opportunity to enter the license key, that you've previously purchased. Can you please try this option? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
