Firefox crashes and brings down the house when you try to go to printer dialog

Question

Running Pop OS with wi-fi connect to HP 8630 printer. When you print and try to select the printer dialog, it crashes Firefox and most of the apps you have running in the background. It will not restore the Fireshot capture window on rebound. Nasty bug as you can't select double sided printing without going to the printer dialog. I want to purchase, but that is a real show stopper. I have verified this three times using different URLs. Don't want to miss the discount (just installed) but I have to get to double sided printing. I'm also concerned about it printing the capture as a greatly reduced size portrait. That seems to happen a lot, not just with Fireshot (I am hoping that it won't happpen in Fireshot, but I can't get to the point of printing because it crashes. I guess I will investigate the app a bit more and see if I want to take a chance on this bug getting some attention and buy. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reporting. Do you have Chrome to install FireShot v 2.x to check if the problem is fixed with the newest release?

I'm sorry I don't know all that Firefox is up to date, the webpage is "https://help.zorin.com/docs/getting-started/manually-partition-the-drive-to-install-zorin-os/", Pop OS is current, and the steps are I select the area I want to capture, Fireshot does it's thing, then I select print, in the printer box I select "priinter dialog settings", and then BOOM. It all goes away and your left with a little note that says Firefox crashed and it would send a report as it restarted. You restart Firefox, notice that your file transfers are all busted, Krusader is nowhere to be seen, and you restart Firefox hoping your tabs comeback. Some do, some don't. Then you do it again to see if it was just a fluke. BOOM. Not a fluke. A feature you wish it didn't have cause you really would like to have this app at the discounted price. If you can't print, it's not much good. Let's look for a way around this. And hurry.
