Doesn't capture entire webpage screenshot

Question

Tried to use FS for the first time, but it only shows the visible area of this particular page. Works OK on other pages.

The page in question is a record of a Talisma chat session which I expanded from its original small window by clicking on "Print". Tried saving to file (png or jpg) and opening in in FS editor, but it only shows the visible area.

FS 0.45
XP SP2 Home
Firefox/2.0.0.14

I've tested whether it is possible to access the page via its URL but it doesn't work, so cannot suggest how to reproduce. However, any Talisma chat site should produce the same result. Have the screenshots if you would like me to forward.

Hello, what happens if you save the page to disk, open it locally and try capture entirely? If the problem still persists, please send it me to bugfix%screenshot-program.com Possibly any entry point to Talisma chat is available? Tried to enter the demo, but it only opens a blank window and nothing more.

not installed. MSXPSP2 FFOX 303 I tried to view your demo video on your Site, got a text box on the page and nothing to initiate any viewer. FFox security did not report any needed permissions to execute. Other sites work fine - but - never seen your viewer anywhere.
