Capturing whole page error

Question

I face to this error while want capture entire page: ' nsresult: '0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)' location: 'JS frame :: chrome://fireshot/content/fsoverlay.js :: anonymous :: line 530' data: no]

Plugin version (i.e. FireShot 0.45)
OS type and version (i.e. MS Windows XP Professional SP2, English)
Version of Firefox (i.e. Firefox/2.0.0.14)
Steps to reproduce the bug (i.e. Start FX, open FireShot editor, create a shape and try to save - you'll get an access violation xxxxxx)

Please include as much additional info as you can because even a small detail can speed up the process of fixing the bug. Thank you for your assistance, your help is much appreciated.

I think the case is a big size of the webpage. How much of free RAM do you have? This is vital for big size captures. I have 600 megs free of 2 gb totally and it worked fine for me.

Some addons can interfere. Hi, Just for those who are still experiencing the error, For me it seems it was related to the Forecastfox add-on, as I was still getting the error after a reinstall of FF and only removing Forecastfox fixed it.
