Capturing whole page error

I face to this error while want capture entire page:

Warning before posting bugreports: please take into account that your bugreports will be ignored if you don't include the following info about your problem:
Plugin version (i.e. FireShot 0.45)
OS type and version (i.e. MS Windows XP Professional SP2, English)
Version of Firefox (i.e. Firefox/2.0.0.14)
Steps to reproduce the bug (i.e. Start FX, open FireShot editor, create a shape and try to save - you'll get an access violation xxxxxx)

Please include as much additional info as you can because even a small detail can speed up the process of fixing the bug. Thank you for your assistance, your help is much appreciated.

Plugin version FireShot 0.80
OS: Windows XP Professional SP2, English
Firefox Version: Firefox 3.6.3
I start FF and go to web page for example(https://www.mobin-group.com/photo/Roozaane/Archive/1137.htm) while want capture entire page, this error thrown:

I think the case is a big size of the webpage. How much of free RAM do you have? This is vital for big size captures.

I have 600 megs free of 2 gb totally and it worked fine for me.
