Version 1.12.18 (64 Bit)
Windows 11 64 Bit Firefox 141.0 (64 bit) URL: https://mail.yahoo.com/d/folders/2/messages/ANxM8XjxcU5W_5iQEUHWGSPNCTE Before the change that only the Pro version will print entire pages I (weekly) created a PDF from lengthy emails I write to friends and family using Yahoo! mail. In the past your extension captured the entire contents of the window with all the email content and created one seamless PDF. Worked perfect. Today when I tried it the command "Capture entire page and save as PDF..." resulted in literally the entire Yahoo! page (including folders, headers, and side bars) but only what is visible. I found where you switched the "Capture entire page..." feature to Pro version only, so paid to get the Pro version. I am still getting the same behaviour -- FireShot is not capturing the page as before. It doesn't even scroll the entire window in Yahoo! mail. The command DOES scroll and capture in other webpages. I repeat -- the extension worked perfectly in Yahoo! mail prior to the change to Pro only. (I can send copies of the PDFs if desired.) I ensured the most current version is installed. I closed the browser and cleaned all the cookies and rebooted. No help. Here's what the console reports when I attempt to save the page as a PDF: AbortError: Actor 'Conduits' destroyed before query 'RunListener' was resolved Error: Could not get children of `C:\Users\howso\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\6nhk9yho.default-release\thumbnails': directory does not exist (NS_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND) Hmmm...maybe that last error is a clue. When I try to CLICK TO SETUP under Editor Options nothing happens. Here's what the console reports: NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE |
