Hi,
I've emailed twice - April and June - hoping you may help but I haven't had a response (checked spam just in case). My issue is that I am unable to install the software on my new laptop. When i try to take it out of simple mode i get "this license information is missing or invalid..." the license is correct as I have matched it against the license on desktop to check. Can someone please help me sort through this? thank you. |
